What is it?
Site-specific
support provided from a cadre of facilitators, coaches and
professional developers. These services are customized
to meet your needs.
What type
on-site assistance could we access to improving student
achievement and school effectiveness?

Leadership and team
coaching on topics such as developing a PLC, effective team
development, collaboration, school improvement planning, or
conflict resolution.

Planning and facilitation
support.

Follow-up coaching for
cross-district institutes.

Site-specific professional
learning opportunities such as identifying essential
learning targets, getting the most out of classroom
assessment, raising awareness about formative assessment
practices that help student take responsibility for their
own learning process, or data-driven dialogue.

Yes. We will
provide you with possible trainers/ facilitators/ consultants
based on your needs.
What is
the cost of this service?
The costs vary
depending on service provided and the consultant selected. The
cost per half day for member district schools will range
between $450-$850. The cost per full day for member district
schools will range between $650-$1300.
We recommend
scheduling and mapping out the work early in the school year
to ensure consultant availability.
